**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Position -** Sales Coordinator
**Department -** Sales & Marketing
**Experience -** Minimum 06 Years - 10 years of Edtech/IT/Corporate/Institutions etc
**Education - **Should have completed Any Degree BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA
- centric approach to problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM databases.
- Coordinate sales efforts with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development).
- Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings, product demos, and webinars.
**3.Sales Reporting and Data Management**:
- Track and manage sales metrics, including targets, performance, and customer engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance for senior management.
- Ensure all sales records are accurately maintained and up-to-date in the CRM.
**4. Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the sales team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conferences, and event participation.
- Handle documentation and filing related to sales transactions and contracts.
**5. Collaboration with Marketing**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from the sales team for marketing strategy improvement.
**6. Process Improvement**:
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose improvements.
- Support the implementation of new sales tools and technology within the team.

- Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others in systems.
