Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with information about our products and services, while assisting the sales team with the overall sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and preparing sales materials.
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
- Assist in managing and updating the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Help in organizing and scheduling meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Assist with tracking sales performance, maintaining sales reports, and analyzing customer feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in EdTech) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for education and technology.
