**Job Title: Sales Assistant (Hindi and English Speaking)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Hindi and English to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer databases.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
