Requirement: Business Analyst, Avigna, Pune

Job Location: Pune, Baner. Work from Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Mandatory Skill Set:

  • Experience in working as a Business Analyst on projects with international clients
  • Experience developing enterprise applications
  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is a must-have , to support client communication and collaboration

Job Description:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong international client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working on enterprise software development projects with team sizes of 10+
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent Korean , for daily calls and meetings with clients
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to transform business requirements into detailed software design
  • Experience demonstrating developed features to customer teams
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Good to have: exposure to domains like IoT, Utilities, or Connected Devices
  • Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently
