Requirement: Business Analyst, Avigna, Pune

Job Location: Pune, Baner. Work from Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience: 4–10 years

Mandatory Skill Set:

- Experience in working as a Business Analyst on projects with international clients
- Experience developing enterprise applications
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is a must-have, to support client communication and collaboration

Job Description:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong international client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working on enterprise software development projects with team sizes of 10+
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent Korean, for daily calls and meetings with clients
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to transform business requirements into detailed software design
- Experience demonstrating developed features to customer teams
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Good to have: exposure to domains like IoT, Utilities, or Connected Devices
- Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently
