Job Overview:
Motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning, model development, and deployment, especially using Azure Machine Learning Studio. Responsible for creating, testing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Exploration & Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources, ensuring high-quality, structured datasets for modelling.
- Model Development & Training: Develop, train, and validate machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning Studio and other relevant tools.
- Feature Engineering: Identify key features and derive new features to enhance model performance and predictive power.
- Model Evaluation & Tuning: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune algorithms to achieve optimal results.
- Model Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production environments using Azure ML for scalable, automated model execution and monitoring.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning algorithms, and deployment technologies, particularly in cloud platforms like Azure.
- Documentation & Reporting: Provide clear, concise documentation and reporting on model performance, insights, and recommendations for business teams.
