Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Consultant with expertise in Customer Journey Analytics, Web & Mobile Analytics, Product Analytics, and Content Analytics. This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adobe Analytics to track and analyze customer interactions across digital touchpoints. You will deliver actionable insights to clients, helping them optimize their digital strategies and improve customer experiences across web, mobile, and content platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration: Lead Adobe Analytics setup, including tagging, tracking, and report suite configuration for web, mobile, and content analytics. Implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for cross-channel insights.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop custom dashboards and reports to analyze customer journeys, web/mobile behavior, product engagement, and content performance.
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to define measurement strategies, provide insights, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance data collection, reporting workflows, and tracking strategies for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-8 years of experience with Adobe Analytics and related tools (Adobe Launch, Customer Journey Analytics, etc.). Experience with web, mobile, product, and content analytics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Report Builder, Segmentation), data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Preferred:
Adobe Analytics Certification, experience with Adobe Target, Audience Manager, or eCommerce analytics.
