Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for enterprise applications and resolve user issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and maintain system performance
  • Monitor application functionality and ensure seamless operations
  • Document issues, resolutions, and provide user training when needed
  • Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Advanced degree preferred).

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management, preferably in the education sector or software implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of School Management Systems (such as MySchoolOne) and Learning Management Systems (such as ManageBec) or strong background and working experience with Customer Relationship Management software and
