Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Application Specialist, based on-site in Mumbai. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, assisting in the implementation of medical technologies, and ensuring proper application and usage of B. Braun products. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the sales team to support customer needs. The role involves staying updated with the latest product developments and maintaining strong relationships with clients for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills, including troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and educating healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
  • Knowledge of medical technology and healthcare industry regulations
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with the sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is a plus
