Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Brand Mascot Advertising in Panchkula. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic partnerships. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in client relationship management and partnership development
Knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, and brand building
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in the advertising industry is a plus
