Role: Level 3 Zscaler Technical Specialist Location: PAN India Type: Fulltime Experience: 6+ Years Must Have: Zscaler- ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZTE and Deep knowledge of Zscaler Architect and Deployment Roles and responsibilities: 1 Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including Firewall Filtering, SSL inspection, URL & App Cloud Control 2 Able to Investigate the latest security standards, recent security systems, and renewed authentication protocols, performing vulnerability assessment, security testing, and risk analysis related to Security 3 Incident, change, problems, escalation management related to connectivity issues in the security infrastructure. Familiar with packet capture and tool knowledge of Wireshark. 4 Hands-on experience working with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX Admin Portals and ZTE implementation with cloud connector and branch connector configuration. 5 Responsible for providing technical guidance and troubleshooting user issue related to Zscaler Internet Access, issues related to Zscaler Private Access and ZCC.
