You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Professional Services and Consulting, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables during the onboarding processDesigning tailored solutions by understanding clients' unique business requirements, challenges, and objectivesServing as a trusted expert to guide clients through technical decisions and solution trade-offs during workshops and discovery phasesIdentifying opportunities for customization and integration, and ensuring successful implementation with internal teamsProviding technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and client satisfactionWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect within the SaaS industryKnowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworksExperience in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, including customizations and integrationsProficiency in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL knowledgeWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)3+ years of experience within the cybersecurity field with an understanding of the cybersecurity landscapeFamiliarity with cloud fundamentals, including network architecture and related terminologyStrong experience in data management, ETL processes, and integration strategies#LI-Hybrid#LI-VV3 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
