IT EngineerThe Role:We are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Client operating systems - Mac, Windows. General maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.Your goal will be to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.Roles and Responsibilities:Ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards.Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations;Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies;Contribute input to infrastructure architecture;Provide input into infrastructure architecture designs;Researches, designs, implements and tests technology solutions;Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiatives;Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures;Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprints;Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities;Writes programming/scripting;Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose/resolve complex technology/application errors;Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC);Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies;Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes and procedures related to systems/application administration.Mandatory Qualifications:Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions;2 + Years of experience of hands-on experience in HelpDesk, IT administration.Experience using Agile methodology;Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities;Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment;Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately;Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC and Windows ).;Must have strong Apple product knowledge;High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy;Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integration;Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performanceLocation: Mumbai
