Responsibilities:
Defining, designing, and implementing Service Now solutions and ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.
Working closely with clients to build Service Now-based business solutions that address their needs.
Configuring and enhancing Service Now platform using scripts and application capabilities.
Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.
Participating in all technical aspects of the Service Now program and solution delivery.
Ensuring that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.
Effective upwards management to program lead and executives
Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Service Now platform, or minimum 3 years with Service Now platform and additional years with similar products
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience with Service Now implementation, configuration, development, customization, and integration.
Strong understanding of Service Now core platform capabilities and data model.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Service Now System Administration certification or other Service Now certifications are preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.
Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
Experience with Service Now platform capabilities beyond core modules highly desirable
Experience with Service Now SPM is must.
