Major Duties and Responsibilities
No.
1. Lead process workshops when definingrequirements and provide thought leadership and consensus buildingwith stakeholders
2. Capture business and userrequirements and provide estimates on the level of effort todeliver solution
3. Identify capabilities on theplatform to meet business requirements and provide estimates on thelevel of effort to deliver solution
4. Follow standarddevelopment and coding best practices including agile/scrumconcepts
5. Design and develop SPM Module ServiceNowworkflows and integrations according to project process andcustomer objectives
6. Assess impact of changes and workwith development teams to minimize technical debt on theplatform
7. Manage the pipeline of demand and ongoingdevelopment activities and work with platform owner to reprioritizenew demand
8. Conduct review system design testverification and documentation activities

9.Manage clone and promotion activities across environments includingupdate sets management
10. Investigate capabilities onthe platform and provide demos or build proofofconcepts asneeded
11. Work with IT teams to build and supportexisting and new integrations with various systems
12.Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the overallplatform and its performance
13. Create knowledgearticles for internal knowledge sharing and for consumption byother teams including the IT Help Desk and End Users
14.Conduct roadmap planning based on platform capabilities againststrategic business needs
15. Lead annual upgradeactivities and implementation and coordinate with stakeholders toensure platform is stable
16. Provide platformoperations and maintenance support; Be available for offhourrelease deployments and support
17. Conduct patching andremediation of security vulnerabilities

MinimumQualifications
Educational development typicallyacquired through the completion of an advanced university degree inComputer Science Systems Engineering Information Systems or relateddiscipline plus a minimum of 4 years of professional relevantexperience; or a bachelors degree in a related field of study plusa minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience isrequired.
7 years of relevant experience usingServiceNow
3 years of experience with ServiceNowdevelopment including Business Rules Glide scripting UI PoliciesFlow Designer and ACLs
Domain expertise and practicalimplementation experience in multiple applications on theServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM ITOM CSM HR Service Delivery GRC)
Experience designing and developing ApplicationProgramming Interfaces (APls) with Representation State Transfer(REST) Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and JavaScript ObjectNotation (JSON)
Experience designing and developingsolutions with PaaS solutions such as ServiceNow in an AgileSoftware Development environment
Experience with AgileScrum development methods
Experience with Single Signonconfiguration and administration
Experience configuringand maintain MID Server
Experience with Service PortalUI design and configuration
Knowledge of SAML ActiveDirectory or LDAP Integrations
Experience leadingworkshops to solicit requirements and explaining platformcapabilities in laymans terms
Excellent documentation(writing and diagramming) interpersonal and communicationskills.
Great ability to work in a fastmovingenvironment and with minimal supervision.
Goodunderstanding of organizational change management and communication
ServiceNow System Administration or ApplicationDevelopment or Implementation Specialist Certification
ITILv3 or ITIL4 Certification preferred
