Programs:

School of Technology (SOT): A 4-year UG program in Computer Science and AI, designed to cultivate the tech leaders of tomorrow.

School of Management (SOM): A 4-year UG & a PG (upcoming) program in Management, This program blends business acumen with technological insights, ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic operations and ensure the alignment of programs with institutional goals and standards.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative curricula across Technology, Management, and Healthcare domains.
  • Develop and manage relationships with industry partners to enhance academic and career opportunities for students.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and staff members to maintain academic excellence.
  • Promote research and innovation by fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead student engagement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and retention.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, such as graduation rates and employability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of academic and administrative experience.
  • Proven experience in leading a college or institute catering to college-level students.
  • Strong technical knowledge, preferably with a background in Technology, Management, and Healthcare.
  • Demonstrated academic expertise in one of the key domains of Technology, Management, or Healthcare.
  • Prior industry experience is considered an added advantage.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage diverse academic and administrative functions.
  • Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
