Job Title: Education Policy and Public Sector Partnerships Associate


Role Summary:

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team to contribute to key initiatives in education policy and public sector partnerships. This role involves conducting comprehensive research, analyzing data, drafting structured content, and finalizing documents through thorough review and formatting. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in government policies, a flair for writing, and the ability to present information in a professional and engaging manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research on education policies, government initiatives, and related public-sector programs.
  • Analyze research findings to develop innovative and actionable solutions.
  • Stay updated on trends, developments, and challenges in the education and public policy domain.
  • Content Development
  • Draft organized, well-researched, and coherent content for reports, policy briefs, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine and format content for final submission.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written deliverables.
  • Collaboration and Documentation
  • Work closely with team members on public-sector-focused projects, contributing through effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Assist in designing solutions for public policy challenges, leveraging experience in policy formulation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Visual Design and Presentation
  • Create professional, visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and charts to support policy briefs and reports.
  • Project Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and stakeholder consultations as needed.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Education, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in education policy, government initiatives, and public sector collaboration.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations and using visualization tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in policy research, report writing, or content development.
  • Familiarity with public sector operations, government schemes, and education initiatives.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
