Programs:School of Technology (SOT): A 4-year UG program in Computer Science and AI, designed to cultivate the tech leaders of tomorrow.School of Management (SOM): A 4-year UG & a PG (upcoming) program in Management, This program blends business acumen with technological insights, ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:Oversee academic operations and ensure the alignment of programs with institutional goals and standards.Design, implement, and evaluate innovative curricula across Technology, Management, and Healthcare domains.Develop and manage relationships with industry partners to enhance academic and career opportunities for students.Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and staff members to maintain academic excellence.Promote research and innovation by fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing.Lead student engagement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and retention.Monitor and improve key performance metrics, such as graduation rates and employability.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 10 years of academic and administrative experience.Proven experience in leading a college or institute catering to college-level students.Strong technical knowledge, preferably with a background in Technology, Management, and Healthcare.Demonstrated academic expertise in one of the key domains of Technology, Management, or Healthcare.Prior industry experience is considered an added advantage.Effective leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and team collaboration.Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage diverse academic and administrative functions.Age: Not exceeding 40 years.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A chance to shape the future of technology education.
