We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CLAT Category Manager to oversee our CLAT preparation products and services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our offerings, drive sales, and improve student outcomes in the competitive education sector.

This role involves managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and student needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality study materials, practice tests, and digital resources.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Strategy Development

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CLAT preparation products, driving sales and improving student outcomes.

Sales and Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and sales of CLAT preparation products.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Team Leadership

  • Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to product offerings.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for product management and category growth.
