This is a senior leadership role that demands a strong commercial acumen, deep therapy knowledge, and the ability to lead large, high-performing team.Responsibilities :Develop & execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targetsDrive national sales and marketing operations across the divisionIdentify new product opportunities and lead successful launchesBuild strong KOL engagement and market presenceLead, mentor, and grow a large sales & marketing team pan-IndiaCollaborate with cross-functional teamsQualifications :15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketingProven success in leadership roles within Gastro / ENT / Multispecialty segmentsStrong exposure to strategy, analytics, and P&L ownershipExcellent leadership, team-building & communication skillsFull-time graduate in science/pharmacy; MBA preferredRequired Skills :Strong commercial acumenDeep therapy knowledgeAbility to lead large, high-performing teamsExperience in strategic planning and executionProficiency in analytics and P&L management
