Experian India is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager. The candidate would possess a strong analytical mind, be a technical and creative thinker, have a strong aptitude for problem solving, and have zero tolerance for inefficiencies in product development & deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, along with the fervent desire to continuously learn about different products and technologies. Suggesting and driving forward infrastructure and tooling improvements that enable the business to confidently operate at pace. Individual will also be responsible for ensuring customer successes by providing necessary support to business-critical applications.
You will be a leading agile technology teams of product engineers in delivering product roadmaps for new and existing Experian products. You will need to encourage team collaboration and work towards technology transformation goals of Experian Technology team.
What you’ll need to bring along
You are expected to be technology expert, who can evaluate various technology options and approaches to arrive at a product solution
Strong Communication: You should possess strong verbal/written communication capabilities. Should be able to communicate precisely with Senior Managements, SVP, EVP, DGM, GM
Experience to lead large complex project implementations in Banking Domain, preferably India Banks
Programming Skil ls: Strong Programming skills with Extensive knowledge of object-oriented architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
Technology & Script: Java Script, Java Basics / Core Java /Advance Java, Web Services, JSP Servlets, Java script toolkits, Web/Application Servers, OO and relational modeling skills, OOPS. Framework - Spring, Hibernate
DB Skills : Basic DB administration experience (db2, Oracle, SQL Server)
Networking : Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)
Experience with tools : Bit Bucket. Git Hub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Chef
Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile software development, Agile XP and project management methodologies. Usage of Kanban board and project management tool like Jira
Dev Ops : Continuous integration and continuous deployment experience and exposure to Dev Ops practices
Experience with various architectures: Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Cloud Native and Event Driven Architecture.
Attitude to manage issues proactively including timely resolution and the identification of remediation opportunities
Fail fast approach to align to product engineering standards
What you’ll be doing (Job responsibilities for this role
Deliver technology products by leading a team of engineers and by collaborating with business and customer stakeholders.
Develop and proposes options with pros/cons and risks, and works with stakeholders to finalize the best solution that meets business needs
Provide clear and precise technology options for business case at hand highlighting pros and cons for each proposed options.
Detailed review of team work and guiding on technical/functional aspects for smooth implementation
Do effort estimation, assist in technology solutioning and led project management activities
Prioritize and execute tasks in the product lifecycle as per laid guideline
Validate product functionality and security requirements
Suggesting and driving forward infrastructure and tooling improvements that enable the business to confidently operate at pace
We are looking for an individual who is energetic, engaged, and willing to actively participate with the right positive attitude.
Orchestrating the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring that all aspects of go-live are considered
Investigating issue trends and devising solutions, Problem, Change Management and Release Management.
Expertise in working on Agile/Scrum team environment.
Providing mentorship to few product engineers and guide project team with technical solutions (You may not have people ownership for these engineers)
Experience with testing: Unit Testing, Test Driven Development, Integration Testing, Load Testing, Test Automation.
Responsible for automation & system provisioning, metrics, monitoring, scalability and security
