Job Description :


- Develop, implement, and continuously refine sprint structures, release processes, and delivery strategies.

- Utilize experience from larger teams and enterprise software development, particularly in the financial industry, to establish robust and effective workflows tailored to our organization.

- Own the processes, ensuring adherence and accountability across all team members, and continuously optimize them to improve efficiency and quality.

- Lead and facilitate all aspects of sprint management, including planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure that sprints are well-structured, goals are clear, and deliverables are met on time and with the highest quality.

- Own the release process, from planning through deployment, ensuring that releases are well-coordinated, risks are managed, and that quality standards are upheld.

- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that the release process aligns with business priorities and customer expectations.

- Serve as the primary interface between the team and US-based senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Escalate concerns and potential roadblocks to C-level executives, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.

- Communicate priorities effectively and coordinate with product and engineering teams to align on the execution of the roadmap and enterprise delivery.

- Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the development process, ensuring that all deliverables meet enterprise-grade standards.

- Foster a user-focused approach to quality, ensuring that the needs and expectations of end-users are central to all development and delivery efforts.

- Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.

- Mentor and guide team members, helping them to grow professionally and contribute effectively to the team's success.

Education :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

- 8 to 13 years of experience in technical delivery management, with a strong focus on enterprise software development, preferably within the financial industry.

- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in larger teams, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing delivery processes, sprint management, and release strategies.

- Deep understanding of quality control measures and best practices in enterprise software development.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Experience in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

- Proven ability to manage and escalate concerns, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.

- Experience in building and delivering enterprise software solutions within the financial industry is highly preferred
