Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. The Technical Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including development, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to drive project success.


Responsibilities:

 Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

 Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and third party contractors, to execute project tasks efficiently and effectively.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

 Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on time and on budget delivery.

 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to facilitate project execution.

 Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

 Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and dependencies.

 Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.

 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

 Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.

 Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

 Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, high impact projects on time and within budget.

 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

 Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.

 Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.

 Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

 PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
