You’ll consult, counsel, and convert — helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad.What You’ll Do Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emailsUnderstand student goals and recommend the right service packageSchedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentorsConsistently meet and exceed monthly registration targetsMaintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversionsCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance✅ What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling)Strong communication and persuasive skillsAbility to empathize with students and build trustSelf-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitudeWillingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred)What You’ll Get Competitive pay with clear incentive structureFast growth opportunities in a scaling startupHands-on learning from top mentors in international educationDynamic, youthful, and collaborative work cultureIf you can sell dreams and close deals, we want to hear from youEmail your CV to the subject line “BDA – Application” .
