The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SecOps architecture, integrations with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.), and a track record of successful deployments in complex enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:1. Implementation & ConfigurationLead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIRConfigure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIRImplement threat intelligence integrations (e.g., Anomali, Recorded Future) and vulnerability scanner integrations (e.g., Qualys, Tenable)Build use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)2. Requirements Gathering & DesignCollaborate with cybersecurity teams, risk & compliance, and IT operations to gather detailed requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans3. Integration & AutomationIntegrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systemsDevelop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution4. Testing & DeploymentPerform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activitiesEnsure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment5. Documentation & TrainingCreate solution design documents, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materialsConduct knowledge
