Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our organization at TalentGigs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps).

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module Configuration: Hands-on expertise with SIR and VR module configuration and customization.
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
  • Integration: Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Methodologies: Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
  • Large-Scale Environments: Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Additional Modules: Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
