The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in high-volume recruitment , specifically within the Gold Loan industry , and will be responsible for hiring field sales and operations roles critical to Rupeek’s growth.Key ResponsibilitiesVolume Hiring ExecutionManage end-to-end recruitment for field roles (sales/operations) in a high-volume hiring environment.Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring plans.Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring timelines.Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status, pipeline, and challenges.Process OptimizationIdentify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate quality .Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)Experience: 1–4 years of experience in volume hiring within the Gold Loan industry (Mandatory)Core Competencies:Proven ability to hire for field sales/operations roles at scaleStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and end-to-end hiring workflowsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced , target-driven environmentProficiency in MS Office , applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platformsWhy Join Rupeek?Be part of a mission-driven company redefining gold-backed credit in IndiaOpportunity to work with industry leaders and high-impact teamsExperience a culture that values ownership , collaboration , and growthContribute to a fintech brand that is profitable , well-funded , and rapidly scalingRupeek is an equal opportunity employer.
