This role requires deep expertise in SaaS / Software Product industry hiring , strategic sourcing, detailed screening, stakeholder management, and a strong ability to attract top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Hiring : Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for niche positions across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.Talent Strategy & Advisory : Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic talent needs and craft hiring plans.Market Intelligence : Leverage insights and data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends within the SaaS ecosystem.Sourcing Excellence : Build robust talent pipelines through advanced sourcing methods including headhunting, referrals, professional networks, and industry events.Candidate Experience : Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely follow-ups, and personalized engagement.Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing and business teams to enhance the company’s presence in the product and tech talent market.Metrics & Reporting : Track and report hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity ratios, ensuring hiring objectives are met.Required Qualifications & Experience8–12 years of total recruitment experience , with minimum 2 years focused on Leadership / Niche hiring .Strong exposure to hiring in Product, Technology, and Marketing domains.Good understanding of SaaS / Product industry dynamics , organizational structures, and evolving talent trends.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and working closely with senior leadership.Proven success in managing multiple searches simultaneously with a high degree of complexity and urgency.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and professional networks.Preferred AttributesExisting network of senior product and technology talent in the SaaS ecosystem.Exposure to global talent markets and hiring for international roles.Strategic mindset with operational rigor.Why Join UsOpportunity to shape the leadership DNA of a fast-growing product organization.Work closely with founders and CXOs on strategic hires.Be part of a culture that values innovation, agility, and ownership .
