Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology positions, including software engineers, product managers,
Partner with first-line managers and senior tech leaders to understand specific team needs, provide market insights, and define recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development, to build a robust candidate pool for all roles.
Conduct recruiter screening interviews to evaluate culture fit and technical expertise, fitment against JD and job requirements
Drive employer branding initiatives and implement social media recruitment strategies, enhancing company visibility and engagement with top tech talent.
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System), such as Darwin Box , to streamline recruitment workflows and track key recruitment metrics.
Collaborate closely with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Increase referrals through employee engagement and incentivized referral programs.
Train and mentor junior recruiters on recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview skills, contributing to overall team development
Skills
● ATS:Experience of ATS tools in the market , knowledge of DarwinBox ATS is a plus
● Sourcing Techniques: LinkedIn Recruiter,Social Media Recruitment
● Interviewing: Behavioral Interviews, Technical Screening, Candidate Experience
● DataAnalysis: Data-driven Recruiting, Recruitment Metrics Tracking, Pipeline Reporting
● Communication: Stakeholder Management, Collaboration with Senior Leaders, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Qualifications & Experience
● Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Equivalent
● 5+yearsofexperience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced tech product or startup environment
● Experience in SAAS/Fintech organizations is a plu
