We are currently hiring for "Director Sales" with a leading SAAS startup based out in Bangalore.
You will be responsible for:
- Own all things revenue for the US market and drive the team towards annual revenue goals.
- Establish yourself as the natural leader, guiding and inspiring team members. Bring your expertise to foster a creative and collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across GTM and Product teams to align efforts seamlessly with overall mission and timelines.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and influence feature experience journeys and shaping the GTM direction across the globe.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and support long-term growth.
What do we look in you:
- You have spent 10 years in a Sales role, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role owning at least 10-15 Million USD targets.
- A proven ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, with a strong track record of hitting revenue targets in highly competitive markets.
- Ability to partner and build trust with cross functional teams and leaders ensuring that sales efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy
- It would be great if you have a background in Ed-tech sales or some experience in Education
