Job Description:-


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Manager to lead our efforts in developing and enhancing our brand identity, driving impactful brand initiatives, and executing both ATL and BTL marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in crafting and implementing a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and strengthens market presence.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Initiatives

  • Develop and execute innovative brand campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Create and manage programs to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch brand activations and partnerships.

Brand Name - ATL and BTL

  • Plan and oversee Above-The-Line (ATL) marketing initiatives, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising, to increase reach and visibility.
  • Design and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns, such as influencer marketing, in-store promotions, and experiential marketing, to drive customer engagement.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of ATL and BTL campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Brand Identity

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets, including logos, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment with company values and market positioning.

Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines the brand’s value proposition and differentiation in the market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Align brand strategy with overall business objectives, ensuring collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams.


Qualifications and Skills:


Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing techniques and tools.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with data-driven marketing and consumer insights analysis.
  • Familiarity with creative processes, design tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
