Role PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and grow our automobile financing segment, focusing on Credit Card EMI and Digital Lending Pay Later options. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the automobile industry, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships and sales through a structured and analytical approach.Job Role & Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Enablement:Drive business growth in the automobile sector by promoting Credit Card EMI and Pay Later products.Strategize and execute plans to increase adoption among 2 W/4 W dealers and retailers.Lead on-ground activation and onboarding of retail merchants through a field sales team.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and nurture strong relationships with Automobile dealers and merchants.Regularly engage with OEMs HO & Regional sales teams of 2 W/4 W through in-person meetings.Liaise with OEM central and regional stakeholders to align on business goals andpartnership opportunities.Extensive travel across India is required to meet and engage with OEM regional teams.Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring:Manage and guide a team of Relationship manager & off-roll Executives to achieve salestargets.Monitor performance metrics through MIS reports and proactively work on improvementareas.Provide coaching, direction, and motivation to the team to enhance productivity andmarket penetration.Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams including operations, product, and risk to ensure smoothexecution of processes.Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and seamlessonboarding.Market Intelligence & Product Development:Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.Recommend enhancements to products and customer experiences based on marketfeedback and observations.Operational & Communication Excellence:Proficient in creating and delivering business presentations and formal communications.Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation using MS Office tools.What matters in this roleMinimum of 7+ year’s experience in business development, preferably in automobile finance or digital lending.Sound understanding of the automobile industry, including OEM and dealership networks (2 W,4 W, Tyre, Bicycle segments).Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and digital
