- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in casters, wheels, or related industrial products. - Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to close new business and exceed sales targets. - Demonstrated success in building and managing a team of hunters. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Established network within the wheels/casters or material handling industry is highly preferred. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel across India and occasionally overseas as required. - Drive new business development and expand market share for industrial and institutional castors and wheels. - Identify and pursue new opportunities across OEMs, distributors, and end-users in industries like automotive, medical, logistics, hospitality, and manufacturing. - Leverage existing relationships to quickly penetrate key accounts. - Build and manage a team of regional sales reps and agents across India to achieve individual and collective targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to recommend business growth strategies. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management. - Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to build long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
