Creative Personal Assistant

About the Role I’m looking for a creative, organized, and proactive assistant based in Chennai who can help manage both my digital presence and daily life as I build my startup and document my family’s India experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, writing, and social-media strategy — but also knows how to get things done on the ground, whether that means coordinating a school pickup, booking travel, or organizing a photoshoot. LinkedIn Personal Brand & Blog Writing Support development of my LinkedIn founder brand — helping craft posts, blogs, and thought-leadership articles. Research industry trends and turn real experiences into meaningful professional stories. Lifestyle & Social Media Brand Building Help shape and manage a personal lifestyle brand focused on family, culture, and our India move. Capture and edit Reels, photos, and short-form videos for Instagram or YouTube. Collaborate on content ideas around travel, culture, family, and creativity. Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Local to Chennai) Manage daily scheduling — school runs, errands, appointments, activities for kids. Handle bookings: restaurants, travel, local experiences, photographers, etc. Excellent written English — able to write in a warm, confident, founder-voice style. Experience with LinkedIn content , blog writing , and social-media storytelling. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/InShot , or similar creative tools. Bonus: familiarity with Chennai’s neighborhoods, schools, events, and local culture. You’ll get to work directly with a startup founder , gaining exposure to both the tech ecosystem and personal branding worlds. Every week will include something different — from shaping a LinkedIn post to planning a family video shoot to managing travel logistics. Creative freedom, ownership, and the chance to help build two stories: a personal one and a professional one.
