About the RoleI’m looking for a creative, organized, and proactive assistant based in Chennai who can help manage both my digital presence and daily life as I build my startup and document my family’s India experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, writing, and social-media strategy — but also knows how to get things done on the ground, whether that means coordinating a school pickup, booking travel, or organizing a photoshoot.What You’ll Do1. LinkedIn Personal Brand & Blog WritingSupport development of my LinkedIn founder brand — helping craft posts, blogs, and thought-leadership articles.Research industry trends and turn real experiences into meaningful professional stories.Manage the posting schedule, engagement tracking, and visual consistency.2. Lifestyle & Social Media Brand BuildingHelp shape and manage a personal lifestyle brand focused on family, culture, and our India move.Capture and edit Reels, photos, and short-form videos for Instagram or YouTube.Draft captions and storylines that feel authentic, relatable, and visually cohesive.Collaborate on content ideas around travel, culture, family, and creativity.3. Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Local to Chennai)Manage daily scheduling — school runs, errands, appointments, activities for kids.Handle bookings: restaurants, travel, local experiences, photographers, etc.Coordinate with vendors and service providers.Keep everything organized: reminders, task tracking, and communication follow-ups.What We’re Looking ForBased in Chennai and available for in-person coordination several days a week.Excellent written English — able to write in a warm, confident, founder-voice style.Experience with LinkedIn content, blog writing, and social-media storytelling.Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/InShot, or similar creative tools.Organized, self-motivated, and resourceful — you know how to make things happen locally.Bonus: familiarity with Chennai’s neighborhoods, schools, events, and local culture.Why This Role Is UniqueYou’ll get to work directly with a startup founder, gaining exposure to both the tech ecosystem and personal branding worlds.Every week will include something different — from shaping a LinkedIn post to planning a family video shoot to managing travel logistics.Creative freedom, ownership, and the chance to help build two stories: a personal one and a professional one.Employment TypeFull-Time (preferred) | Part-Time (possible for the right candidate)How to ApplyPlease send:A short note about yourself and why this role excites you.Links to 2–3 examples of content you’ve created (LinkedIn posts, blogs, or Reels).Your current city, availability, and expected monthly compensation.
