About the Role

I'm looking for a
creative, organized, and proactive assistant
based in
Chennai
who can help manage both my
digital presence and daily life
as I build my startup and document my family's India experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, writing, and social-media strategy — but also knows how to get things done on the ground, whether that means coordinating a school pickup, booking travel, or organizing a photoshoot.

What You'll Do

1. LinkedIn Personal Brand & Blog Writing

  • Support development of my
    LinkedIn founder brand
    — helping craft posts, blogs, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Research industry trends and turn real experiences into meaningful professional stories.
  • Manage the posting schedule, engagement tracking, and visual consistency.

2. Lifestyle & Social Media Brand Building

  • Help shape and manage a
    personal lifestyle brand
    focused on family, culture, and our India move.
  • Capture and edit Reels, photos, and short-form videos for Instagram or YouTube.
  • Draft captions and storylines that feel authentic, relatable, and visually cohesive.
  • Collaborate on content ideas around travel, culture, family, and creativity.

3. Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Local to Chennai)

  • Manage daily scheduling — school runs, errands, appointments, activities for kids.
  • Handle bookings: restaurants, travel, local experiences, photographers, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Keep everything organized: reminders, task tracking, and communication follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in
    Chennai
    and available for in-person coordination several days a week.
  • Excellent written English — able to write in a warm, confident, founder-voice style.
  • Experience with
    LinkedIn content
    ,
    blog writing
    , and social-media storytelling.
  • Proficiency in
    Canva, CapCut/InShot
    , or similar creative tools.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and resourceful — you know how to make things happen locally.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Chennai's neighborhoods, schools, events, and local culture.
