About the RoleI’m relocating to Chennai with my children for an 18-month adventure to build my startup, and I’m looking for a creative, highly organized, and proactive assistant to join me on this journey.This role combines executive and personal assistant responsibilities with creative storytelling and social media management. You will help manage my daily schedule, logistics, and operations while also capturing, editing, and posting authentic content that documents this experience of life, leadership, and entrepreneurship in India.It’s a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity. 🌿Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily schedules, travel plans, errands, and personal coordinationSupport logistics related to school, family activities, and work eventsCapture short-form videos and photos for social media (Reels, Stories, posts) 🎥Edit and design engaging social content (using CapCut, InShot, or Canva/Adobe)Maintain a content calendar and coordinate posting scheduleWrite captions, identify trends, and track basic performance metricsOrganize digital files, content libraries, and project documentationLiaise with partners, vendors, or team members for both work and personal needsRequirementsBased in Chennai and available for in-person work several times a weekExcellent organization and time management skillsProactive, dependable, and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills (written and spoken English)Skilled in video editing and social media toolsTech-savvy and comfortable working with digital content, scheduling tools, and shared drivesPositive attitude and willingness to assist with both professional and family-related tasks ✨Preferred SkillsExperience managing social media for a brand or individualBackground in communications, design, or digital marketingUnderstanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and cultural contextPrior experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or executiveWhy This Role Is SpecialBe part of a meaningful, cross-cultural story: building a startup while raising a family abroad 🌏Exposure to both startup operations and creative content strategyLong-term opportunity with potential to grow into a role within my companyFlexible working hours and a high-trust, collaborative environmentEmployment TypeFull-Time (preferred) Part-Time (considered for the right candidate)How to ApplyPlease include:A short note about yourself and why this role excites youLinks to any Reels, videos, or social content you’ve created or editedYour availability (full-time or part-time) and expected monthly salary
