Today, TBOs product range from air, hotels, rail, holiday packages, car rentals, transfers, sightseeing, cruise, and cargo. Apart from these products, our proprietary platform relies heavily on AI/ML to offer unique listings and products, meeting specific requirements put forth by customers, thus increasing conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual objectives along with the daily production.
Address challenges and obstacles efficiently, implementing solutions that align with company goals.
Maintain regular reporting on team progress, challenges, and outcomes to higher management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
Must have Strong communication, interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Must have working knowledge of MS office
3+ years of the experience in environment is required
Graduation is mandatory
