Reports To: VP - Head of Study Abroad
Job Purpose:
The Regional Manager - Pan India (Lead Generation) is responsible for overseeing and driving lead generation efforts across various regions, managing teams to achieve sales targets, and supporting vvGrad’s expansion strategy. This role involves implementing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a steady pipeline of quality leads to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute a lead generation strategy across regions, focusing on both digital and offline channels to attract potential clients and students.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with business objectives.
Regional Team Management
Build, train, and manage a high-performing lead generation team across multiple regions to meet lead targets.
Set performance goals, monitor team progress, and provide regular coaching to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Campaign Management and Optimization
Oversee regional campaigns, including digital marketing, on-ground events, partnerships, and outreach efforts, to maximize lead generation.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, utilizing data insights to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in each region, adapting lead generation tactics accordingly.
Analyze lead performance metrics, such as cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rates, to optimize ROI and adjust strategy as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of lead generation efforts with the overall sales funnel.
Coordinate with the product team to understand offerings, enabling accurate positioning and messaging in lead generation activities.
Relationship Building and Networking
Establish relationships with key stakeholders, educational institutions, and other entities across regions to build brand presence and generate leads.
Represent vvGrad at regional events, seminars, and industry forums to create brand awareness and foster partnerships.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance, highlighting regional trends, challenges, and areas of improvement.
Track regional KPIs, including lead volume, cost efficiency, and conversion rates, to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Budget Management
Manage the lead generation budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across regions for maximum impact.
Monitor spending against budget to control costs and optimize lead generation expenditures.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, with at least 3 years in a regional management role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
