Position Summary:

The Sales & Leasing Representative is responsible for leasing, and selling properties, primarily commercial. This individual will work closely with clients, assist in property showings, conduct market research, and negotiate lease agreements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for real estate sales and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Leasing:
  • Generate leads and promote available properties for sale or lease.
  • Assist prospective clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property tours, explaining features, benefits, and lease terms.
  • Prepare lease agreements and sales contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close deals effectively.
  • Client Relations & Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and potential buyers.
  • Offer property advice and guidance to clients based on current market trends and their specific needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct property research to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
  • Help set pricing strategies and marketing approaches for properties based on market conditions.
  • Marketing & Promotion: (In co-ordination with the marketing team)
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing materials and strategies to promote properties.
  • Use online platforms, social media, and local advertising to attract leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate property open houses, showings, and promotional events.
  • Administrative & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lease agreements, and sales transactions.
  • Prepare reports on sales and leasing activities, performance, and market conditions for management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, leasing, or real estate (preferably in residential or commercial).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
  • Knowledge of relevant property management software and listing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in commercial or residential leasing and sales.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred).
  • Familiarity with property management systems and digital marketing tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to property sites and attend showings.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during property tours.
