Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brigade Group.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and services to offer.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales/leasing goals.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate deals and communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
  • Collaboration with Management: Collaborate with management on sales/leasing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree & MBA Marketing is a mandate.
  • 4 - 8 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
