We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who thrives in a 0→1 environment. Own and execute growth initiatives end-to-end —from ideation to implementation to iteration Build, optimise, and analyse full-funnel growth metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue Run fast-paced experiments across channels (paid ads, product flows, landing pages, partnerships, CRM, etc.) Work on diverse growth projects , including: Partnerships with schools, universities & corporates Performance Marketing & Acquisition CRM & Retention (emails, WhatsApp, push) Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, design, academic, and tech teams Build lean processes that help scale growth faster and more predictably 3+ years of relevant experience in growth/marketing roles ~ Proven experience in a 0→1 or early-stage startup environment ~ Experience working across multiple growth levers (acquisition, retention, partnerships) ~ Highly execution-focused—able to move fast , test quickly, and ship frequently ~ Excellent communication and project management skills
