What Makes This Role UniqueDiverse Industry Exposure : Work with supplement brands, medical practices, real estate agencies, and professional service providers—no two campaigns are alike AI-Powered Marketing Integration : Collaborate on cutting-edge strategies that integrate traditional PPC with AI automation and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Emerging Platforms & Innovation : Stay ahead of the curve with exposure to AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) alongside traditional paid media Small Agency Autonomy : Direct client impact with more ownership and creative freedom than you'd find at larger agencies Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work alongside our automation and AI teams to create truly integrated marketing campaigns Role & ResponsibilitiesManage, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok platforms Develop targeted ad strategies, focusing on driving conversions and improving ROI across both e-commerce and lead generation funnels Create engaging ad copy and strategically manage keyword targeting to reach desired audiences Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis, offering actionable insights and reporting on metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS Lead A/B testing and continually optimize campaigns to improve results Stay informed on industry trends, platform policy changes, and emerging technologies to ensure best practices are implemented Work closely with the creative and automation teams to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with marketing goals Manage client communication and provide regular performance reports with strategic recommendations Required Skills & QualificationsCore Experience: 5+ years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager Strong skills in keyword research, campaign structure, and optimization Budget & Performance: Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+ Track record of improving ROAS and driving measurable business results Experience with both e-commerce campaigns (Shopify, WooCommerce) and lead generation funnels (forms, calls, appointments) Industry-Specific: Familiarity with supplement/healthcare advertising compliance (FDA, FTC guidelines, platform restrictions) is highly preferred Experience with HIPAA-compliant marketing for healthcare clients is a plus Understanding of local service ads and geo-targeting for real estate/professional services Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM and attribution platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel implementation Familiarity with conversion API tracking and server-side tracking Experience with A/B testing, ad creative optimization, and audience segmentation Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote work environment Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple client accounts effectively Data-driven decision maker with the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights Self-motivated and comfortable working independently How to ApplyIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application through LinkedIn or contact us directly.
