Our mission is to turn ideas into practical products that enhance everyday living and create scalable digital-first brands.Role DescriptionThis is a freelance, part-time, remote role for a Performance Marketer / D2C Growth Marketer with strong experience in e-commerce.You will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for our D2C brand SafnixGo, focused on international markets (US/UK/EU).Key areas include paid ads, funnel optimisation, creative direction, and data-driven insights.The ideal person is a blend of strategist + executor, comfortable with D2C marketing, video-first growth, and performance analytics.ResponsibilitiesLooking for someone who can:🔥 Run high-converting Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads🎯 Build and optimise D2C funnels for sales growth📈 Suggest Shopify CRO improvements (strategy only, no coding)🎥 Guide & plan video creatives for Reels, Shorts, and paid ads📱 Support organic growth on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube🔍 Provide basic SEO recommendations📊 Analyse campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversions🧪 Test creative angles, audiences, and hooks for performance scalingSuitable for:✔ Freelance Performance Marketer (D2C)✔ E-commerce Ads Specialist✔ Shopify & Instagram Ads Expert✔ Growth Marketer for US/UK/EU markets✔ Creative Strategist for D2C BrandsQualificationsStrong hands-on experience with D2C Performance Marketing (Meta Ads required; Google Ads preferred)Knowledge of growth marketing frameworks, funnel optimisation, and scaling strategiesProficiency in marketing analytics & web analytics (Meta dashboards, GA4, Shopify analytics)Experience with lead generation and conversion-oriented campaignsAbility to interpret data and convert insights into actionCreative thinking with understanding of video-first contentPrior experience with D2C brands, or e-commerce is a strong advantageAbility to adapt quickly to tools, platforms, and fast-moving workflows
