We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with a proven track record to join our team. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Drive website conversions and optimize landing pages for better performance. Manage and scale marketing efforts on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. Develop and implement strategies for e-commerce marketing. Track campaign performance metrics and analyse data to improve ROI. Prepare detailed reports and briefs on successful campaigns, highlighting ROI and key learnings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing. Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart marketing. Strong analytical skills to track and improve ROI. Ability to present campaign briefs with clear insights and outcomes. Knowledge of website conversion optimization and e-commerce marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certification in Meta and Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
