Location : Bangalore
Must be available to visit the Client Plant for 15-18 days per month.
Must also be able to travel to multiple dealer locations, including 1-2 visits to Andhra Pradesh for training delivery in a month.
About the Role
Training Experience : Experience as a premium trainer for high-end automotive brands.
Languages Required : Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.
Responsibilities
Training dealer manpower on Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relation & value Chain to dealer staff & occasionally to OEM Managers
Training on Product, Process, soft skill, Technology & communication to dealer staff
Reporting to a centralized department of our client for 3 month & regional office after that
Training delivery mode-online & offline/physical
Building own competency on Sales/Service/Used Car/GR Training Programs & get certified
Post the certification, Dealer Manpower Competency Evangelist will be responsible for delivering/ conducting trainings on products, market situations, processes, skill enhancement and/ or localized training content development by client for the dealer + dealer manpower
Conduct audits, study customer voices , study gaps, study SOP’s, study existing products including upgrades and new products, develop customized regional training contents as per the gap area in consultation with client and then impart training
Measure the training effectiveness and submit the reports to client.
Be responsible for desired level of Knowledge index in each category in each dealership.
Visit dealerships and do market study to understand training needs and share report as per client requirement.
Time to Time Dealer Manpower Competency Evangelist should visit the Competition dealership & Other OEM training center based on client direction.
Contact dealerships to get nominations for various training programs scheduled every month & update the same on Learning Management System
Developing and printing of question papers, evaluation forms, feedback forms and attendance sheets for the training programs
Update market trends and conditions through GO & See & report out
Develop dealer audit and evaluation formats as desired by client based on the nature of the program.
Bring improvement in the Training program based on feedback received
Conduct training at the training center & support in Gemba
Report to Training Centers & work from Training facility at all Regions
Working for 6 Days in a week
Required Skills
Communication : Strong communication skills, adept at presenting ideas, engaging diverse stakeholders, and tailoring messages to suit different audiences.
Content Development : Proven experience in creating training content and designing assessments to measure participant progress, aligning with learning objectives.
