We are seeking Regional Trainer - Sales & Product with vast experience into Automotive Industry.
Location: Bangalore
If you are passionate about training and development and have a proven ability to deliver impactful training sessions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Sessions:
Facilitate training sessions for 15 days each month. Open for traveling.
Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to schedule training dates.
On-the-Job Training (OJT):
Perform a minimum of 4 OJTs per month.
Connect with dealers to arrange OJT slots and confirm their availability.
Field Visits:
Undertake 3 to 4 field visits per month.
Meet customers at dealerships and conduct mystery shopping activities to assess customer service.
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with dealers to understand customer grievances.
Meet customers to identify problems, which will inform and enhance training programs.
Content Development:
Regularly update existing training content and incorporate information about new features.
Develop new training materials as needed.
Post-Training Assessments:
Administer post-tests prepared by RSMs.
Ensure assessments are conducted and evaluated internally.
Performance Evaluation:
Strive to achieve a 70% training coverage within the assigned territory as evaluated by client each month.
Planning and Adherence:
Capture training requirements and create a monthly training plan.
Ensure 100% adherence to the travel calendar.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a training or coaching role in automotive is desirable.
Experience in developing training documents.
Proven track record of tracking and monitoring training activities.
Ability to provide and manage training schedules.
