What is this role?

A The Senior Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and delivering effective sales training programs tailored to tech-focused offerings. You will empower the sales team with the skills and knowledge required to sell high-tech educational products and services effectively. Your role will involve training new and existing sales members, enhancing their capabilities to understand and communicate complex tech concepts, and equipping them to meet revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Data Science, AI & ML, Digital Marketing, Project Management, and other tech-related products.
  • Content Development: Create effective sales training materials, presentations, and manuals that align with the technical and market needs.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales members, focusing on improving their understanding of tech skills and strategies to handle tech-savvy clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess sales performance and identify training needs through analysis of sales data, feedback, and regular evaluations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on product developments, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the latest technical knowledge.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training programs based on industry trends, technological advancements, and feedback from sales teams.


What We Need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, ideally with experience in tech-related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Science, AI & ML, Digital Marketing, and Project Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for the sales team.
  • Proficiency in using training tools, e-learning platforms, and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales data to assess training impact.
