CONSULTANT TRAINER:

Main Objectives of Role:

Understand Sales and Sales Management Capability development needs of Client, develop and deliver customised solutions, retain and acquire Clients, making a significant contribution in Client value and organisation’s business growth

Summary of the main elements of the role:

1.Design and Delivery of fully customised sales performance improvement training solutions as a top notch Sales and Sales Management Trainer

2.Prospecting and acquiring new Clients

3.Managing Client relationships and growing the business with Clients

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Person

You will actively prospect for new accounts, build accounts and grow them. A strong committed sales drive and capability are a must.

Facilitator / Trainer

Can very good Sales People make very good Trainers and Facilitators to teach others on Sales and Sales Management both strategic and practical?

A rare opportunity to be both an outstanding Sales Person and an outstanding Facilitator Trainer is available with us. You would like to be on the platform, work with a set of people and help hone their skills, and enjoy the process of facilitating their learning.

In addition to high quality sales skill and facilitation skill, do you have an affinity for technology and enjoy the blend of technology and human touch?

Location:

Anywhere in India... We work from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.

Be willing to travel as needed.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

1. Do you have 'Sales Experience' of at least 10 and NOT more than 15 years in any industry selling at Senior Leadership levels?2. Do you love sales and the hard work that accompanies it and are keen to continue to acquire, build and manage accounts.3.
