Job Summary:

We are a forward-thinking Software company seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher/2+ years of experience) to join our team. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to our company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Research and identify potential clients in target markets.

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Understand client needs and present suitable solutions to address their requirements.

Sales Pipeline Management:

• Manage and update the CRM system with client information.

• Follow up on leads and opportunities to close deals effectively.

Market Research:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Provide insights and feedback to improve business strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.

• Support team initiatives to increase overall revenue and brand visibility.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients across different cultures.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is advantageous.

Other Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
